Some positive ways to overcome Extreme Emotions!!

  1. Not to be alone in such situations. When you are feeling an extreme level of emotion due to fighting with someone, any sad incident happened around you or with your close one. When you are feeling devasted and sad to the extreme level please make sure you are not alone in such timings. Ask your closest family member to stay with you or your closest friend to hang out with you for some time or days to avoid any kind of uncertainty. To feel better you need someone by your side who can listen to you.
